Our two-person, VELUX-trained team fits from inside where safe and practical, usually about five weeks from order, subject to stock and weather.

Every window and flashing is fitted to VELUX instructions by our own installers. For qualifying replacement work we arrange FENSA registration and Local Authority notification, so you have the right certificate for your house file.
We’re VELUX UK’s preferred contractor in Hampshire, and approved installers for Keylite and FAKRO.

Will I need scaffolding?
Usually not. Most replacements are fitted from inside through the existing window opening, where it’s safe and practical. Mansard roofs are the main exception and need external access.
Will it make a mess of my room?
We keep sound internal reveals, fill any minor plaster pops around the frame, and leave the room clean and tidy.
My window is an old or unusual size. Can you replace it?
Yes. We convert old VELUX codes to today’s sizes (for example a GGL 3 becomes a PK10), and we replace non-VELUX windows such as Roto and Keylite using the right adaptor flashing.
What guarantees do I get?
A 10-year VELUX manufacturer guarantee, plus a 10-year insurance-backed installation guarantee for qualifying work.
Do you provide a FENSA certificate?
For qualifying replacement work we arrange FENSA registration and Local Authority notification, and you receive the certificate. We’ll confirm on your quotation whether your job qualifies.
Who answers the phone?
Emma, our automated office assistant, answers calls to our freephone and WhatsApp numbers 24 hours a day. She takes your name, number and what you need, and can note the code from your window’s data plate. She doesn’t give prices: Ian reads every enquiry and calls you back the same day, or the next day at the latest.
How much does a roof window replacement cost?
No two jobs are the same: it depends on the window size, the roof, the blinds or extras you choose, and any plastering or electrics. Send us photos through the quote form or WhatsApp and we’ll give you a fixed written quotation.
How soon can you fit it?
Normally around five weeks from order, depending on stock and the weather. We’ll keep you updated.
Do you fit sun tunnels?
Only where the location is right. Sun tunnels usually need scaffolding, so a roof window is often the better way to bring daylight in. We’ll tell you honestly which suits your home.
Do you do repairs?
We specialise in replacement and new installation, so we don’t take on repair-only or emergency call-outs. If your window is failing, a replacement is usually the lasting fix.
