What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, postcode and address; details of your windows, including codes from the data plate; photos you send us; and notes of what you tell us about the job.
How we collect it
When you call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us, use the quote form on this website, or speak to us at a survey.
Our phone line and Emma
Calls to 0800 448 0184 and to our WhatsApp number, 07452 834390, are answered 24 hours a day by Emma, our automated office assistant. Emma takes your details and the information about your windows, and sends them to us by email so Ian can call you back. Photos you send to our WhatsApp number are also forwarded to us by email with your number, so we can look at your windows. Emma tells you she is automated at the start of the call. She does not give prices or make decisions about your job.
Why we use your details
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange and carry out the work, and look after you afterwards. We use them because you have asked us for a quotation or entered into a contract with us.
Who we share them with
For qualifying replacement work we register the installation with FENSA, which notifies your Local Authority, and we register your guarantees. That means sharing your name, address and the work done. We use trusted services to run our phone line, email and WhatsApp. We never sell your details or use them for marketing you haven’t asked for.
How long we keep them
If you don’t go ahead, we delete your enquiry details within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep your details and the job record on file long-term, because customers often come back years later for servicing, blinds, repairs or guarantee claims, and the original measurements and product codes help us get it right. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted where we no longer need them. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This website
This website does not use cookies or tracking. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device’s internet address to deliver them. The quote form doesn’t store anything: it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your answers filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there.
